works...
The display
Via the display, you first confirm which
cryptocurrency you want to buy, as well as the desired amount of the deposit, such as 50
or 150 euros. Up to and including 250 euros can be purchased without registration or
verification. For larger amounts, a one-time verification is carried out by means of an
official photo ID. Please note our support times for this.
Your wallet
Now use your mobile device and open your Wallet. With your Wallet, you have the option to have a QR code generated.
Scan the QR code
Now hold your mobile device with the displayed QR code up to the scanner in the top left corner of the vending machine. The scanner will now scan your QR code. Be patient for a moment until the successful transmission of the data is confirmed on the display.
Deposit money
In the last step, you only have to insert the desired amount into the money slot.
Credit in your wallet
It may take a short moment for the transaction to be processed. As soon as the transaction is completed, the amount credited to your Wallet will be displayed and confirmed on the screen of your mobile device. The credited amount is net of transaction fees, which are automatically deducted from the deposit amount and may vary depending on your location.
